Hello,

If you are wondering whether the approach is the same for each code, then yes CPT codes 22558 and 22585 are both for an anterior approach. However, without documentation it is impossible to say that these are the correct codes and approach for any given procedure. Make sure you verify that they are supported by the documentation.

Code 22899 is an unlisted procedure code and without documentation I cannot comment on if it is appropriate to report or if there would be another code that would better fit the procedures definition.
