Can someone point me in the right direction with the following:
Post op dx: spinal stenosis, L3 to the sacrum, with herniated pulposus, L4-5 level, right.
Procedure: Decompression laminectomy, L3 to sacrum. Decompression of lateral recesses and foramen, L3 to the sacrum, with diskectomy, L4-5 level, right.
Your help would be greatly appreciated!
