Hello all,
I am looking for insight on how to code the Frieburg Flap high dose radiation delivery method. Here is the general info:
DX: C50.412 (Breast cancer)
Treatment: Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (CPT G6015/77385) for 30 treatments then a surface boost phase at the end using the Frieberg Flap applicator.
Issue: We are treating the surgical margin site but we are truly treating breast cancer, not skin cancer, we are just using a surface applicator (the frieberg flap) to deliver the HDR boost phase after EBRT IMRT.
Any insight at all would be greatly appreciated!
