We have a new Orthopod fresh out of fellowship in practice that wants to code for closure/repair of support ligaments/capsules in TKR's and THR's along with ORIF of hip fractures. i.e. Pirifomis, med/lat retinacula, etc. I have informed him that I felt the procedure included repair of support structures. He wants a reference. Does anybody have one?
