One of our physicians (urologist) was called in for an intra-operative consult, during a hysterectomy the ureter could not be visualized by the GYN surgeon
The op note for our physician states pre op dx-nonvisualization of left ureter, post op dx-normal ureter. any ideas on what diagnosis code to bill this with ?
