With Telehealth extended for another year, it has been made clear Medicare will not pay for the new CPT codes. What is everyone doing? Will you be using office E/M for all carriers (including commerical)?

I heard CPT 99441-99443 for MD DO and NP stop at Jan 1, 2025. Told use the CPT 98966-98968 series or modifiers 95 or 93 with Eval Mgnt codes.

I think it's still a waiting game to see if congress takes action.
Otherwise, you would need to do what the payer you are billing says with regard to telehealth for 2025. Each carrier could have a different way of doing it when it comes to codes, modifiers, etc.
