Can anyone PLEASE help... Patient went in for a flexor tendon laceration, when explored the phycisian finds that the tendon was intact but the pulley was cut, He debrided the pulley. Can anyone suggest a code?
I'm thinking either 26440 (this is the closes in my opinion) or 26989 (unlisted).
