Wiki Thenar graft

Doctor did a thenar graft by suturing the patient's middle finger to the thenar area of the palm. I've only seen this once before and am drawing a blank on coding. I've been looking at 15574 and 26951 but I'm not sure about the suturing of the finger to the palm. Help would be appreciate.
