Time of service collections, fee schedules, and contract management

we recently started a soft launch for a company that offers a web based service that combines patient benefit and contract info to enable up front collections- it also includes a tool to provide estimates for surgery, a way to create your fee schedules, and a way to compare rates across contracts for CPT codes.

I am looking for feedback to know what can increase this products appeal and functionality, to identify what is missing and to receive feedback used to further develop.
