Wiki TMT Arthrodesis Question.

Doc performs 28730 (Arthrodesis, midtarsal or tarsometatarsal, multiple or transverse) on four TMT joints.

As I am reading the description, I don't think I can bill for four joints but only once as it lists 'multiple'.

Any thoughts?

you can only use this code once..it will cover all TMT's
