just wanted to know if you guys know any reliable source that would tell me the top 20 most commonly used icd 10 codes?

Impossible to answer.

Why top 20?
Do you want the complete code or the root of the code... there are some site-specific codes that have over 20 options in juts one condition.
What specialty
Inpatient or Outpatient or Office-based


The Top 20 ICD-10 codes for a dermatologist would be 100% different from the Top 20 codes for an E/R physician.
