My doc retrieved part of a cath that was embolized to the right atrium, I know the CPT codes are 37203 and 75961-26 but I cannot find a dx code to use.

My doc describes it as "removal of intracardiac foreign body"
 
The 996 code may work, 998.4 I don't think is good, this isn't a FB that was left during a procedure, I think that would be more like surgical sponges, etc. either way I used v58.81 in the ICD 9 index it reaads as,

removal;catheter;vascular

Had the catheter broken and he was having to retrieve a broken part? (996.1)
