Wiki Tricare and B12

Has anyone had problems with Tricare covering B12 injections with B12 deficiency diagnosis? I even submitted records and they denied stating not a covered diagnosis. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming you bill 266.2 as the diagnosis? We've had them deny these claims before as well. Seems they only like to cover if it's for pernicious anemia
