Wiki Ultrasound and Duplex modifiers

We are getting consistent denials for coding an 76700 or 76705 with a duplex. We have tried using "XU" "59" and putting it on one or both. It seems the payers just pick and choose. Does anyone have any success getting paid for both CPT codes?
