Wiki Upcoming Subplan additions excluding NDs

Hi,

I'm new to the billing field and have recently found out that both Premera and Regence have now added closed sub plans that specifically exclude ND coverage. This is apparently because the plans are closed networks and we can't contract in with them, even though we are currently contracted with the general Premera and Regence plans.

Anyone have any advice or knowledge to how to work with this? We are having a lot of trouble with it.
