Looking for a diagnosis code for this. Patient had a radical cystectomy and ileal conduit and now has a stricture with hydronephrosis. Would I use N13.1? Or would I try to find something with the intestinal part in it?

N13.1 states "with ureteral stricture"... is the stricture is in the ureter from the kidney to the stoma, or it is somewhere else?

If it is in the ureter from the kidney to the stoma, then I believe you have the right code. If it's not in the ureter, then you would need a different code - look at the N99.5x series for complications of stoma of the urinary tract.
