I am trying to identify specific urology cpt codes for male infertility issues which currently we use misc codes such as 55899 that does not describe the specific service rendered. I am looking for a specific code for Tese/Tesa (testis sperm retrieval by biopsy). I did find a cpt code specific to the Tese counterpart (Mese/Mesa) under S4028
