Can anyone tell me the appropriate cpt codes for ultrasound guided percutaneous core needle biopsy of a right scapula mass?

I know that I need the 76942, but I am not sure what to use for the right scapula mass?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
 
Is the mass actually on the bone? If so, I would go with 20220.

If that's just the region, and it's a skin/subcutaneous thing, how about 11100?
