Wiki using 26686

I'm coding a case where there are 2 carpometacarpal dislocations (not thumb) 2 1/2 weeks out from injury. Complex with internal fixations, multiple, delayed...would choose 26686 but do I only bill that out once since "multiple dislocations" is referenced or can I bill 26686 out 2x?

my 1st instinct thinks that you can only bill this one time but I cant find anything on this....is it the same carpometacarpal?
