Is there such a thing as Usual and Customary CHARGES associated with CPT codes? I can find usual and customary REIMBURSEMENT figures but my job is find a source for Usual and Customary Charges. Am I looking for something that doesn't exist? Please advise. Thank you.

There is no such thing. Medical providers can set their charges as high or low as they like, although realistically, the charges should be defensible based on cost of doing business.
