Wiki V58.69 - I am a Lab coder

I am a Lab coder and I was poking around my new ICD-9 2010 version and noticed that it now states that the V58.69 is a secondary code :confused:. Does anyone know where I can get info on that change. It is a large part of why we do some of the labs we do.

This actually changed previously. You can use the V58.69, just add the V58.83 encounter for therapeutic drug monitoring first. There are other posts on here concerning this same issue. If you use the search feature at the top you should find some. Hope this helps!
