Hello,
I am looking for some coding help for Watchman procedures. We have tried coding them several different ways using CPT code 33340 Q0 Dx: I48.0, Z00.6, we left off the Q0 modifier, using one diagnosis, both diagnosis. We aren't having any luck getting theses paid by Medicare and other insurances as well. Any suggestions on how to code theses to get them paid ?
