I have a provider who has questions regarding coding correctly for the depression screening measure. She plans to perform this during a well child visit, so how does she code this? I have two CPT codes G8434 for a positive result, and G8510 for a negative result. Does she use this along with the E&M code that she uses for the well visit? Or are there other codes she should be using?
