would it be common to bill out multiple well visits (i.e. 99391) for a new born or will I find that there is a limit? Thanks.

It is common, as newborns need multiple check-ups to make sure they are feeding well, thriving, etc. It's not like an adult once-a-year well visit.

well child checks

Insurances usually pay for a 2 week well child, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, etc. Might want to check with insurance company.

This information is included in the patient's policy when you call for benefits. It is usually 3-4 visits.
Hope this information was helpful.
