Wiki What constitutes abnormal findings for a womens annual exam?

I have had the question posed about the diagnosis code Z01.411 and what constitutes an abnormal finding? I was under the impression that a diagnosis of say acute vaginitis or bacterial vaginosis would be considered and abnormal finding but I am getting some push back from our providers about this.
