I am NOT happy about this either! I used to remote code for a large coding company at home years ago our hours went from working as much as you wanted to, to a few here & there because they started outsourcing to foreign countries.
I hate to get on a soapbox, but I really do wish our government would make laws against this or at the very least only a percentage of individual businesses can outsource jobs to other countries. Just my 2 cents...
