So, my doc is doing a wrist hardware removal & soft tissue rearrangement. I know what the CPT is for the hardware removal (20680), but what would be the CPT for the soft tissue rearrangement? The patient has a wrist open wound after a free flap coverage for a crush injury.

14040 Adjacent tissue transfer or rearrangement, forehead, cheeks, chin, mouth, neck, axillae, genitalia, hands and/or feet; defect 10 sq cm or less
