Hi Coders, can you answer this one?...
...for a large patient if it takes four films to fit the entire abdomen for the
two views (for ap supine and upright), would you call it a 2view or 4view?

The CPT description does not include that terminology (2 view/4 view), so the number of films required is irrelevant except for a single AP view. What determines the correct code is the type of views:

A single AP (anteroposterior) view is 74000.

AP with additional oblique and cone views? that would be 74010 etc...
