Can Z32.01 (Encounter for Pregnancy Test - Positive Result) be used as a Primary Diagnosis Code? Z32.01 is being used with CPT codes 99213/25 and 76817, if that helps at all.

These Z codes are going to be the death of me. I have read the guidelines so many times but every time I read them, I feel as if I have discovered something new and confusing. I appreciate any discussions.
