Live Remote Proctor Electronic Exam Information

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your exam date/time prior to 24 hours before the start of your exam, there will be no fee.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your scheduled exam OR you do not meet the requirements to take the exam, this will be considered a no-show and your exam voucher will be cancelled and a new voucher must be purchased (or a 2nd attempt used, if available) to reschedule.

Canceling an Electronic Exam

Please review to these instructions to cancel or reschedule your electronic exam.

Canceling an In-Person Exam

1. Log into www.aapc.com.

2. Click 'MyAAPC.'

3. Click 'Exams' under the My Account heading.

4. Click the exam you registered for.

5. Click the 'Cancel This Exam' text in blue.

   

6. Click 'Yes, cancel the exam' to finalize the request.

7. If it is more than 21 days before the examination date, this process is complete.

8. If you are cancelling less than 21 days before the examination, you will then be redirected to pay the $100 cancellation fee.

9. Once you pay the fee, proceed to register for an exam like you normally would do. International Exams will assess a service charge of $150 for all canceled exams.

International Test Center Electronic Exam Information

Cancellation Policy

Electronic Testing Center exams can be canceled and rescheduled for no associated fee 15 or more days in advance of the appointment. Between 15 days and 2 days in advance of the appointment, the fee is $25. The fee is paid online to Meazure Learning. Candidates cannot reschedule or cancel less than 2 days in advance.

No Shows

If you do not appear for your examination, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit your exam attempt. To schedule your test again you will need to purchase a new exam through AAPC.
