We are having such a hay day with the amount of denials that we are getting from Optum for our lesions.

We have billed it for patient's that "qualify" per Medicare guidelines

We have billed it for patients with just pain, with diabetes, diabetic neuropathy, etc... and we still keep getting denied for LCD ( which we believe we are following)-- we are pulling our hair our here and we are only in the first quarter of the year!!


Any insight?????
