29825 Lysis of Adhesion w/manipulation

Doctor did manipulation prior to arthroscopic lysis of adhesions. It was noted in the op rpt findings that "the anterior inferior labrum wasf torn form the edge of the glenoid after the manipulation". Should this be coded as a traumatic tear?
 
I'm not so sure I would go with a traumatic tear, I would probably lean towards something along the lines of "complication of procedure".

Just my thought process.
