Wound care clinic.

For a debridement, skin graft, or negative pressure wound treatment, what would be the appropriate 7th character be... A or D? I think it would be A because it is active treatment. Does anyone else have thoughts.

What defines as "active treatment."

It really depends on the status of the wound. If the debrid net is a part of the healing process it could be a D if the skin graft is applied after healing to replace scar tissue it could be an S and so on. Just because it is a procedure does not auto classify it as active treatment. These characters define more the stars of the injury than anything else.
