Can someone help me clarify that I am not missing any codes for an in house administration of allergy injections?
I was going to use the diagnosis codes
1- J30.2
2- Z51.6
I was going to use cpt code 95117 as she was given 3 injections
Additional information which I am not sure is pertinent or not?
- allergic to trees, grass, mold, mites, plantains
- The patient provided the serum, they are just kept at our office and she comes every two weeks
- We draw up the solution and the physician administers it
-She stays for 30 minutes in observation following the injections
If there are any other diagnosis codes or cpt codes that I should be utilizing, I would welcome any and all input. Thank you!
