Hello! I work in an internal med/nephrology office. Currently using n18.6/z99.2 for ICD10 codes, and 90960-90962/90966 for procedure codes. One of the doctors came in asking about transfer of care codes, as a lot of her patients are also seen in the local hospital between dialysis appointments. If anyone has an idea of what these codes could be, or whether or not a toc can even be billed for a dialysis visit, please let me know!
