Wiki Bullous pemphigoid Home Health ICD 10 coding ??? HELP!!!!!

I have a patient admitted from the hospital to home health and I am having difficulty coding the wounds for Bullous pemphigoid. I have the diagnosis for L12.0 Bullous pemphigoid.... I have the Z48.00, however, I am unsure about each wound ICD 10 code. I know they are autoimmune blisters that form all over the body. This patient has :

WOUND 1 - Location: back of right knee -Bullous pemphigoid
WOUND 2 - Location: Back L knee -Bullous pemphigoid
WOUND 3 - Location: Right middle inner thigh -Bullous pemphigoid
WOUND 4 - Location: right proximal inner thigh-Bullous pemphigoid
WOUND 5 - Location: right distal inner thigh-Bullous pemphigoid

Do y'all know of the correct coding for the blisters- curious bc the non thermal blister codes kind of throw me off- especially with these location & friction = Thermal? lol my latest coding book does not even address Bullous pemphigoid- Please help!
