These are the codes for capsule endoscopies. Are there an additional CPT codes that can be used for a capsule reading fee to the patient since there is so much time involved? Also, is there a CPT code the physician can use for dispensing the capsule?
 
Capsule endoscopies

Because the description of the codes includes interpretation and report, we have never billed anything other than the 91110 or 91111.
