These are the codes for capsule endoscopies. Are there an additional CPT codes that can be used for a capsule reading fee to the patient since there is so much time involved? Also, is there a CPT code the physician can use for dispensing the capsule?

Because the description of the codes includes interpretation and report, we have never billed anything other than the 91110 or 91111.

what is the difference in 91110 and 91111, is it that the pill advances further in the gi tract on 91110. they both include interpretation.
