COVID Uninsured Program

My office is taking part of the HRSA Covid Uninsured Program for re-imbursement for our self-pay patients. I created the claim just as specified but could not locate a group number. Therefore, I used none and now the claim has kicked back. Has anyone successfully submitted a claim to them, if so, what was your group number?

Our facility uses "COVID19" for a group number, just so we don't leave the field blank

We are having difficulties getting our claims accepted by the clearinghouse. Do you use any modifiers in your claims?

Working from memory here.....modifier -QW, Z20.828 or U07.1 for a dx, POS 11, and don't forget the HRSA number that comes from the portal is only valid for 3 months, so you may have to get a new one for the same patient periodically
