My office is taking part of the HRSA Covid Uninsured Program for re-imbursement for our self-pay patients. I created the claim just as specified but could not locate a group number. Therefore, I used none and now the claim has kicked back. Has anyone successfully submitted a claim to them, if so, what was your group number?
 
Working from memory here.....modifier -QW, Z20.828 or U07.1 for a dx, POS 11, and don't forget the HRSA number that comes from the portal is only valid for 3 months, so you may have to get a new one for the same patient periodically
