Hello Everyone,

In the CPCO materials to print, there's a lot of old manuals and federal registers that are out dated... I was wondering if we needed to print out the most current information and replace the old stuff, or if we were still being tested on the old things and the new things... (Federal Register and Medicare Manual chapters).

Thanks!

Hi!
I have just started studying for the CPCO exam and in the study guide Chapter 2 first paragraph states the OIG's October 2000 (Federal Register Oct. 5, 2000) compliance guidance for individual physicians and small groups states; Do not let the release date fool you. The information contained is valid and should be used for test preparation and development of compliance plans.
Hope this helps!
