Does anyone bill for drugs visipaque 270 or Isovue 250 if so what hcpcs code would you use and how would I find out reimbursements.

Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Query "HCPCS visipaque" and several links came up with coding. Its Q9966
Query "HCPCS Isovue" and found a link stating its Q9967

Also per supercoder you choose the Q codes based on the concentration of iodine, not the dosage given to the patient

As to rate All I have is Medicare

Q9966 LOCM 200-299mg/ml iodine,1ml 1 ML $0.176
Q9967 LOCM 300-399mg/ml iodine,1ml 1 ML $0.130
