My provider keeps documenting non-contributory under family history, so does anyone have any reference material that clearly explains how they can't document this way?
I can't seem to find anything, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Our contractor, NGS has stated the following: The family history includes the age of parents (if alive) and*their current health status, or their*age and cause of death if they are deceased. It also includes the age of each sibling (if alive) and*their current health status, or their age and cause of death if they are deceased. This is expected under family history and is the MINIMIMAL amount that is needed. *It is not possible to claim this is “non-contributory” unless this is not medically necessary and if it is not medically necessary, we will not pay for this.
