I'm trying to come up with the correct procedure codes for the scenario. I can only get 00.66 and 00.41 so far. Are those even correct? Any help on what the other codes would be? I assume I'm missing a V code here, correct?

"What codes are assigned for percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty of two arteries, RCA with bare metal stent and LAD without stent?"

So you're doing hospital coding correct, rather than physician coding, since the 2 codes you give are ICD-9 procedure codes?
Not sure why you want a V code as a procedure code. They are diagnosis codes and there are no diagnoses provided.
