Wiki Humana 92507 Speech Therapy Denials

Good morning, for Medicare age patients we have seen an increase in Humana denying CPT codes 92523 and 92507 for using "Other" diagnosis codes that are billable per Medicare guidelines. Has anyone else seen this and how are you handling the claims?
