Wiki Malunion Metacarpophalangeal Joint

Doctor did a corrective osteotomy with wedge bone graft of an articular malunion at the metacarpophalangeal joint.

There is no malunion repair code for this joint (that I can find). Can this be coded with the osteotomy and autograft or would an open repair of the metacarpophalangeal joint be more appropriate? Opinions, please.
 
If he is completely taking down the fracture, I would lean towards the open reduction. If he is doing a lot of bony debridement type work, then I would lean in the direction of the osteotomy.
