Is anyone familiar with Navina? It's an AI tool for capturing HCC gaps and although it is nice - it also has a lot of unnecessary codes being accepted by our providers that don't need to be in the chart. For example, E66.01 they use a companion code of E66.812/813 when there is no documentation. It's extremely annoying and I don't know how to bring it up to Navina in a nice way that this isn't making anything easier on the ensuring HCCs are being captured when there are non-HCC codes being added for no reason.
