Physical status modifiers

HAS ANYONE HEARD OF CHANGES TO THE PHYSICAL STATUS MODIFIERS?

I've HEARD THE POINT STATUS HAS CHANGED. P1-0, P2-0, P3-1 ETC..

They are still the same old modifiers listed in the 2016 CPT....If they have changed, I haven't seen anything published. Can you cite a resource?

I cant find any information about base units changes or any changes except the annual conversion factor update.
