Doctor performed the above procedure, 24342, and used a tendon graft from the patient's right leg. The lay description for this procedure states the doctor "may harvest a tendon from the forearm". Since this tendon is from a distance does anyone have any information on coding 20924 with 24342? Responses would be welcom.
