Wiki surgical aftercare code correct for this?

Pt is recovering from hospital stay in which liver abscess was drained and was put on antibiotics for 4 weeks. He now presents to office needing 2 more weeks of antibiotics and referral to ID. Prescription is given, referral is made. (No other treatment provided; brief basic exam performed.)

Is Z48.815, Encounter for surgical aftercare following surgery on the digestive system, the most appropriate diagnosis for this visit? I wouldn't code liver abscess since the patient no longer has it (it was drained), correct? And I wouldn't code Z09 for followup since pt is still recovering...?

Any other suggestions or code I am overlooking?

Thanks for any and all help! I'm still trying to sort out how to handle office visits that follow ER or hospital stays.
